Founder & Researcher in Governance, Security, and Emerging Technology

Samantha is a project manager, founder, and researcher focused on the intersection of governance, innovation, and security in emerging domains. She leads Ananta Holding Group, a portfolio of ventures dedicated to building ethical systems for the future—spanning health innovation, advocacy, and social impact.

Her work includes Dāna Impact, a nonprofit empowering equitable access to innovation; Tattva, a research and advocacy initiative translating science and technology into actionable policy; and Prāṇa, a wellness and healthcare resilience brand inspired by systems thinking and human potential.

With expertise in project management, Lean process design, and behavioral health systems, Sam brings a multidisciplinary lens to complex challenges such as AI assurance, algorithmic trust, and space governance. She is currently preparing for graduate research in political science and security policy, exploring frameworks for responsible technology and governance across Earth and space.
