Samantha Ramcharan, MBA, PMP

President & Chief Executive Officer

Samantha is a project manager, founder, and researcher exploring the intersection of innovation, governance, and human progress. She leads Ananta Holding Group, guiding ventures such as Tattva Collective and Dāna Impact that advance ethical technology, equity, and systems innovation. With a background in healthcare and project management, Sam focuses on building frameworks where policy, science, and humanity align to create a sustainable and secure future.

Alyza Supriana, MA, CBCP

Secretary & Chief Operations Officer

Alyza is a Project Manager in Response & Recovery at Tidal Basin Group, leading large-scale disaster recovery operations across the United States. With experience in Public Assistance (PA) projects, she specializes in site inspections, damage assessments, and federal funding documentation that accelerate community recovery. Alyza holds a Master’s in Disaster Management from FIU and a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and Emergency Management from UCF. Passionate about resilience, she supports cross-agency collaboration, continuity planning, and mentoring emerging professionals in the emergency management field.

Zoe Sadiq, MBA

Treasurer & Chief Financial Officer

Zoe is a Sales Executive at Finastra, where she leads client engagement, strategic outreach, and revenue growth across financial technology solutions. With experience spanning sales leadership, customer relationship management, and marketing coordination, she specializes in driving partnerships that align business needs with innovative digital solutions. Before entering sales, Zoe served as a Victim/Witness Counselor with Florida’s 18th Judicial Circuit, where she developed strong communication and crisis management skills. She holds a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is pursuing her MBA at LSU Shreveport.
